Maintenance Officer / Executive

Job Description & Requirements To be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the commotion office, equipment, building, fixtures, and facilities, execution for preventive maintenance, to help the Maintenance supervisor in the day-to-day operation of the Maintenance Department and to perform all preventive, breakdown maintenance, and repair of all M&E services and building works. Responsibilities: Performs repairs and preventative maintenance work to ensure the commotion office maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained Maintain records of maintenance activities in the appropriate logs. To conduct regular electrical regular maintenance and repairs. Performs inspections and routine maintenance To repair all defects in commotion office and able to identify deficiencies. Liaise with the vendor for the schedule arrangement. Willingness to work as a team member.
