Business Development Manager

Job Description: Responsible for business expansion and development of new businesses. Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to support the Company's long-term growth objectives. Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and market expansion initiatives. Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and potential growth areas. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, business partners and clients. Collaborate with senior management to formulate and implement business growth strategies. Monitor business performance and recommend strategies to maximise commercial opportunities. Job Requirements and Qualifications: 1. Fluent Japanese speaker (for communication with directors, senior management and owners) 2. At least 10 years of relevant working experience in strategic business development
