Primary And Secondary Science Teacher (Part Time/Full Time)

Primary and Secondary Science Teacher Part-time and full-time positions are available. Responsibilities Teach Science to primary and/or secondary school students Plan and conduct clear, engaging and well-structured lessons Help students understand scientific concepts and apply them accurately Train students to answer multiple-choice and open-ended questions using appropriate scientific keywords Prepare students for school assessments, PSLE and secondary-level examinations Mark assignments and provide clear, constructive feedback Monitor students’ progress and identify areas for improvement Create a supportive and positive learning environment Communicate with parents regarding students’ progress when required Requirements Strong understanding of scientific concepts Familiarity with the MOE Science syllabus is preferred Prior teaching or tuition experience is an advantage Able to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner Patient, responsible and comfortable working with children and teenagers Good communication and classroom management skills Able to commit to a regular teaching schedule Current or former MOE teachers are especially welcome to apply Location Tampines, Singapore
