About this role

Position Summary Responsible for the technical integrity and operational flow of the installation phase. You will be the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring that industrial systems are installed according to engineering specifications, on schedule, and within the allocated budget. You report directly to the Project Engineer/Project Manager. Job Description 1. Manage and ensure project meets internal and client expectations with respect to quality, delivery timelines, and strategy required by Consultant/Owner with compliance to Workplace Safety Health (WSH) and prevent any Liquidated Damage (LD) imposed by Consultant/Owner. 2. Maintain proper execution documentations and minutes of meeting to avoid claims and counter claims for delays or proof for extension of time with conduct periodic check on project filling and database to ensure it is properly file and relevant document are posted for easy reference. 3. Develop and maintain good working relationship with the various parties at site that foster good client ties in the execution progress in order scope of works is not affected. 4. Ensure own installation team and sub-contractors perform and comply with predefined quality scope of work and EHS standard. 5. Communicate with Main Contractor/Consultant/Owner regarding project schedule and site facilities while manage customer changes throughout project and ensure deviations are commercially addressed ensuring configured documents are maintained at all times. 6. Conduct weekly project meeting with supervisor and feedback on the respective site issue and the progress of the projects. 7. Review and approve WSH documents including Risk Assessment, Method of Statement, Safe Work Procedure, Fall Prevention Plan, Lifting Plan, Safety Management System, Permit to Work and ensure the work is carry out safely. 8. Interpret P&IDs, GA drawings, and electrical schematics to ensure "as-built" matches"as-designed." 9. Conduct daily inspections to identify potential installation errors before they require expensive rework. 10. Manage the Minimal Rework KPI by performing pre-commissioning checks and punch-list management. 11. Act as the primary interface for mechanical/electrical subcontractors. 12. Verify subcontractor man-hours and progress claims against actual work completed to control installation costs. 13. Enforce site safety protocols and ensure all Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA) are followed. 14. Manage predictable delivery to site by coordinating the offloading, unboxing, and positioning of equipment. 15. Ensure the site is ready (utilities, foundations, access) before the equipment arrives to avoid costly standing time. 16. Maintain the daily site activity log (weather, delays, labor count, milestones). 17. Collate and organize all "As-Built" documentation, test certificates, and warranties for a clean handover. 18. Assist in the commissioning phase, documenting performance tests against technical benchmarks. 19. Perform other tasks as delegated by the immediate superior. Qualification & Experience · Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent years of experience. · WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH · Manage Work At Height · Develop A Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE L2) · Supervise Safe Lifting Operations (good to have) · Operate Forklift (good to have) · Proficiency in reading CAD drawings and using project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar). . Minimum 3 years of working experiences in site management including 1 year of supervisory experience. · Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. · Good team player with ability to work independently. · Working experience in a diverse cultural environment. · Quality management system (QMS) fundamental & experience.
