Position Summary This internship offers a unique opportunity to work in a lean and dynamic environment, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role is suited for a self-driven and disciplined individual who is comfortable working independently and contributing across multiple marketing activities. Job Responsibilities • Support brand communication initiatives, including content creation, presentation development, and updating marketing materials. • Manage and maintain digital communication channels (e.g., social media, newsletters, internal platforms) to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and industry trend analysis to generate insights that support marketing strategies and business growth. Identify and analyse new business segments and partnership opportunities aligned with the company’s direction. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological developments to support strategic positioning. Consolidate research findings into clear reports and presentations for management review. • Support branding initiatives such as team uniform, brand representation and activities aligned with Group brand identity guidelines. • Provide administrative and coordination support, ensuring timely and efficient execution of marketing and branding initiatives. Job Requirement • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or related fields. • Strong interest in marketing, with curiosity towards application-driven, service-oriented, and technology-based industries (e.g., railway and aerospace sectors). • Preferably able to commit for 6 months and available to commence in June or July 2026 • Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently in a lean team environment with minimal supervision. • Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to take initiative and explore new ideas. • Good analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. • Comfortable working across both strategic and administrative tasks. • Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., social media, basic design tools, or presentation software) will be an advantage. • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
