He/She also ensures to adhere to policies and procedures implemented by the property, and to undertake and deliver on any other duties and responsibilities as required by the Management. As a Reservations Associate, we rely on you to: Provide support to guests on reservations and other related inquiries Work with other departments and deliver best-fit solutions for our guests Increase guest loyalty by delivering value-added service to our guests Contribute to maximizing business opportunities for the hotel We are looking for someone who: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred Has a passion for hospitality industry Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
