Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end international trade operations based on sales and procurement requirements Prepare and process import/export documentation (e.g. invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin) Coordinate with logistics providers, agents, and warehouses to ensure smooth shipment execution Monitor customer orders and shipment progress; proactively resolve operational issues Support trade finance processes, including handling and reviewing Letters of Credit (L/C) Verify logistics costs and maintain accurate inventory and operational records Prepare reports and provide regular updates on order and shipment status Collaborate with internal stakeholders and overseas teams across regions Requirements Bachelorβs degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, or related fields Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in trade operations, logistics, or order processing Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs clearance, and trade documentation Familiarity with Letters of Credit (L/C) is preferred Experience in the chemical trading industry is an advantage Language Requirement (Important) Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required, as the role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and reporting to the Shanghai team Proficiency in English is also required for internal and external coordination Working Structure Based in Singapore office (Bugis) Will report directly to the Shanghai team with close communications Cross-border collaboration with regional stakeholders Salary & Benefits π° Salary from SGD 4,500 to SGD 9,000, commensurate with experience π 13th month salary + performance-based bonus Interview Process Online Q&A Online Interview with HR Online interview with CEO (1st round) In-person interview with CEO (final round in Singapore office) How to Apply Please submit your resume (cover letter optional) outlining your relevant experience to: π© hr@jengacorp.com We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
