Sales Operations Executive

Job Description & Requirements We are seeking a Sales Operations Executive to support the sales and business development functions of our air-conditioning servicing and installation company. This role bridges sales, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of quotations, contracts, and service scheduling. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue quotations for aircon installation, servicing, and maintenance contracts to residential and commercial customers Coordinate with the technical/servicing team to schedule site visits, installations, and maintenance appointments Process sales orders, contracts, and invoices, ensuring accuracy of pricing, scope of work, and terms Follow up with customers on quotations, renewals of maintenance contracts, and outstanding payments Maintain and update the CRM/sales database, tracking leads, sales pipeline, and contract renewal dates Liaise with suppliers and vendors on procurement of parts and equipment where required Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management Handle customer enquiries and feedback, escalating technical issues to the servicing team as needed Assist in tendering and proposal preparation for larger commercial or B2B contracts Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all sales documentation Requirements: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field Prior experience in sales operations, coordination, or administration; experience in the building services, M&E, or HVAC/aircon industry is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/ERP systems Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and schedules simultaneously Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, technicians, and suppliers Detail-oriented with a customer-service mindset Able to work independently and as part of a small team documentation
