Construction Site Manager

Job Description: Supervise and coordinate daily site activities. Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress, quality, and schedules. Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower. Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports. Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally. Requirement: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction site management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building regulations. Ability to read construction drawings and project specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software is an advantage.
