Job Summary Oversees luxury residential construction projects. Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring all structural and finishing works match according to architectural specifications. Bridge the gap between technical blueprints and flawless execution. Catch errors before they become costly defects. Experiences Quality Control: Inspect formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, and architectural finishes to ensure they meet millimeter-level tolerances. Blueprint Verification: Cross-check structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and interior design drawings to resolve discrepancies early. Site Supervision: Manage subcontractors and tradespeople. Hold them to strict quality, safety, and aesthetic standards. Progress Tracking: Maintain daily site logs. Track material deliveries and ensure the project hits key timeline milestones. Snagging Management: Create and execute comprehensive punch lists. Resolve defects quickly before and during the final handover phase. Experience Minimum of 3–5 years of site engineering experience, specifically in landed residential housing, or high-end luxury residential builds. Technical Skills: Proficient in Sketch Up, Revit, and CAD, architectural details, and structural plans. Soft Skills: Exceptional eye for geometric alignment, material matching, and finishing quality.
