Architecture Project Manager (Senior)

Responsibilities Ensure architectural designs comply with all statutory requirements to meet regulatory standards Manage the full design development process to deliver project objectives on time and within scope Execute tender procurement processes to secure qualified contractors and suppliers Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards Procure statutory compliance documentation for Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC) Monitor defect rectification and oversee final project certification to ensure completion standards are met Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree from a recognized university Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural working experience Ability to communicate effectively in English for clear project coordination Passion for design, commitment to continuous learning, and innovation in architectural solutions Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently Capability to supervise and manage project teams Familiarity with Housing & Development Board (HDB) projects Experience with contract administration using SIA/PSSCOC forms of contract Good technical knowledge and strong detailing capability in architectural practice Familiarity with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice
