Accounts Associate

We are a well-established Public Accounting and Corporate Secretarial firm. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Accounts Assistant. Responsibilities: Perform double entry accounting to record and process all business transactions such as sales, purchases, payables, receivables, cash, accruals, prepayments in the accounting system Preparation of relevant accounting schedule such as Monthly bank reconciliation and balance sheet schedules Preparation of financial statements for a portfolio of companies in accordance with IFRS and SFRS Prepare Corporate Income Tax (Estimated Chargeable Income “ECI” and Annual Tax Return (“FORM C”) and related tax schedules Other ad-hoc duties as required Requirements: Previous experience not necessary as training will be provided Accounting knowledge is essential Possess strong analytical skills, meticulous with high level of integrity Well organized skills with a keen attention to detail Capable of meeting tight deadlines and handling time-sensitive tasks Able to work independently with minimal supervision Self-motivated and adaptable to new tasks and processes.
