Site Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Site Supervisor to lead daily construction site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. You will coordinate workers, subcontractors, and materials while maintaining accurate records and resolving on-site issues. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction site operations and workforce to ensure efficient progress Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and trades to align with project plans and quality standards Enforce workplace health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe environment Conduct daily site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the Project Manager for informed decision-making Coordinate material deliveries and equipment needs to support uninterrupted workflow Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain productivity and project momentum Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, attendance, and safety documentation Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 2–5 years of construction site supervisory experience demonstrating effective team leadership Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations to ensure compliance Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications for accurate execution Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management software to support documentation and coordination Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive project success Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred) to facilitate site mobility Other Information Working Conditions Primarily outdoor work on construction sites Overtime or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines
