Facial Treatments & Skincare Services Perform professional facial treatments according to brand protocols and service standards. Ensure a safe, hygienic, and comfortable treatment environment at all times. Monitor customers' skin conditions and recommend appropriate follow-up care. Product Knowledge & Expertise Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, beauty trends, and treatment techniques. Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and home-care routines. Requirements Previous experience as a Beautician , Beauty Advisor , or in a similar beauty retail or skincare role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for beauty, skincare, and delivering premium customer experiences. Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented. Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
