Job Summary Supervise and coordinate restaurant operations to deliver excellent customer service, maintain hygiene standards, manage staff performance, and support sales and operational goals. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction Manage and coordinate waiters, cashiers, and kitchen support staff to optimize team performance Resolve customer complaints professionally to maintain high service standards Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and work performance to uphold operational quality Assist with staff training and scheduling to enhance team skills and ensure adequate coverage Enforce cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations to maintain a safe environment Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering to prevent shortages and control costs Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reconciliation accurately to ensure financial integrity Ensure orders are served accurately and promptly to meet customer expectations Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency
