Job Summary You will lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to deliver aluminium and curtain wall system projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to deliver aluminium and curtain wall system projects on schedule and within budget while meeting client specifications Monitor project progress continuously to identify and resolve critical issues affecting timelines or quality standards Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources effectively to maintain project momentum and proactively address challenges Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders to align project objectives and manage expectations throughout project phases Apply problem-solving skills to mitigate risks and ensure successful completion of projects that meet quality and safety requirements Other Information Annual Performance Appraisal Assessment Comprehensive Medical Insurance Transport Allowance
