Project Engineer

Company Overview Jirui Electronics Technology Pte Ltd provides fabrication and installation services for gas distribution, chemical, water, and other systems, specializing in ultra high purity (UHP) gas distribution and orbital welding across various industries. Job Summary Manage project resources and schedules to ensure timely completion while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating cross-departmental operations for smooth project execution. Responsibilities Coordinate manpower and equipment allocation to support project requirements and optimize resource utilization Monitor project timelines and progress to ensure milestones and deadlines are met effectively Prepare and organize project documentation to facilitate smooth execution and compliance Generate and deliver project progress reports to update stakeholders on status and issues Resolve site issues by liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain project continuity Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed as planned Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) upon job completion or milestone achievement and follow up with clients on outstanding DO matters Participate in project meetings and respond promptly to client enquiries to support project needs Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business Coordinate with procurement, HR, and administrative departments to address operational requirements Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by management to support project and organizational goals
