Vehicle Rental Executive

Company Overview Jisoon Motors Pte Ltd, established since 2018, specializes in sales and purchase of new and pre-owned vehicles, including heavy and light models for private and corporate clients. We also offer vehicle rental, insurance, financing, and scraping services with competitive rates. Job Summary You will support customer enquiries, sales support, coordinate vehicle assignments, manage vehicle rental processes and breakdowns, and perform administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and sales calls to provide accurate information and support - Coordinate vehicle assignments and communicate effectively with customers regarding sales and onsite support - Perform vehicle rental administration, including issuing, collecting, and inspecting rental vehicles to ensure condition and readiness - Carry out administrative and financial duties to reconcile paper work for proper records to other departments. - Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks related to vehicle management as assigned - Participate actively in on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge relevant to the role
