Engineering Manager, Cybersecurity Product

​ Our Client is an established company in Singapore, who is seeking to recruit an Engineering Manager, Cybersecurity Product to lead a team of software engineers building cybersecurity products. In this role, you will be responsible for both the technical direction and people development of your team, working closely with product managers, security researchers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure software at scale. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who is comfortable switching between strategic thinking and getting into the technical details when needed — and who can communicate clearly with both engineers on the ground and C-suite stakeholders. Responsibilities Engineering Leadership & Strategy · Partner with department leadership to developand execute engineering strategy and vision for the cybersecurity productportfolio · Own and drive the technical delivery of productfeatures, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and securityrequirements · Conduct technical landscape reviews andevaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and security practices to informengineering decisions · Build compelling business and technical casesfor investments in infrastructure, tooling, and team growth, and present theseto SLM · Establish and continuously improve engineeringprocesses, including code review practices, secure development lifecycle (SDLC)standards, and incident response procedures · Lead post-mortems following incidents ordelivery failures, driving systemic improvements across the team People Management & Stakeholder Engagement · Lead, mentor, and grow a team of softwareengineers, providing regular feedback, career development support, andperformance guidance · Develop and maintain strong relationships withkey stakeholders including product managers, security researchers, andexecutive leadership · Communicate engineering progress, risks, andstrategic recommendations clearly to both technical teams and C-suite audiences · Collab…
