Investment Analyst – Secondary Market (Family Office) Location: Singapore (Remote / Flexible Working Location) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are a Single Family Office based in Singapore seeking a motivated and analytical Investment Analyst to support our secondary market investment activities across Hong Kong, US, and Singapore equities. Key Responsibilities Trade Execution & Portfolio Operations: Execute buy/sell orders and handle daily order routing for equity transactions across Hong Kong, US, and Singapore public markets. Equity & Derivatives Research: Conduct fundamental research on listed companies in HK, US, and SG markets. Evaluate equities alongside HK/US equity derivatives (options, structured notes, etc.) to optimize execution strategies and enhance portfolio yield. Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Management: Track daily news flow, regulatory developments, and corporate announcements for holding positions. Proactively perform risk screening, issue early warnings, and identify potential risks within the stock pool. Pipeline Development & Stock Replacement: Identify high-conviction alternative equities to refresh and upgrade the current investment universe. Ad-hoc Support: Provide research and operational assistance on additional projects assigned by the Head of Investments. Requirements & Qualifications Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree or above. Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Financial Engineering, or related disciplines is preferred. Target Cohort: Fresh or recent graduates (Class of 2025, 2026, and 2027) from local Singapore universities are strongly encouraged to apply. Market Passion & Knowledge: Demonstrable interest in secondary public markets and a basic understanding of equity investing and valuation dynamics. Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential, as the candidate will interact with global markets and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
