Production Operator (Local / Spr Only) | Up To Sgd 3,500 | Transport Provided & Various Allowances

Job Responsibilities Support daily production operations to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards. Report machine breakdowns or suspected faults to the Production Supervisor for corrective action. Ensure machines and the surrounding work area are kept clean and well-maintained. Monitor product quality and promptly report any defects or quality issues to the Production Supervisor. Perform daily housekeeping to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Carry out any other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management. Requirements Minimum Primary or Secondary school education. Technical qualifications are an added advantage. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. A proactive team player with good communication skills, initiative, and commitment. Willing and able to work overtime when required. Physically fit and healthy. Able to lift and move materials weighing approximately 15–22 kg on an ad hoc basis.
