Job Description: Design and develop precision jigs, fixtures, and mechanical components to support manufacturing processes Produce detailed engineering drawings through reverse engineering and design optimization Manage full project lifecycle including conceptual design, material sourcing, installation, assembly, and troubleshooting Collaborate with clients to gather technical requirements and provide practical design solutions Work closely with production teams to resolve design-related issues and improve manufacturability Liaise with sales, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution Provide on-site technical support, including installation, testing, and commissioning Support quality control inspections and ensure compliance with engineering standards Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related discipline Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with strong capability in 3D modeling and assembly design Solid understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and fabrication processes Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Good communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
