Assistant Manager, AEI & Tenant Liaison

Manage Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI) works, including coordination of M&E operations, vendor management, and project documentation. Act as the primary liaison for tenants during the design and fit-out process to ensure alignment with building guidelines and operational requirements. Requires the ability to manage capital projects, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and oversee tenant space utilization. Candidates should be familiar with authority submissions, compliance, and hands-on technical problem solving for plumbing and building issues.
