Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding)

In Charge of Import/Export Documentation & Procesing Shipping documentation (Import/LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading ) Provide customer support for shipments and send pre-alerts and invoicing. Provide after-sales support and following up with client till the whole transaction is completed. Handling customer enquiries or complaints Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders / warehouse accurately and on a timely basis Liaise with agents and shipping companies on cargo status. Knowledge in LCL Cargo Consolidation. Other ad-hoc duties if required Requirements Minimum GCE N or O level Responsible, positive attitude, be able to work independently and as a team player Preferably with Logistics/ Shipping / Freight Forwarding Experience
