Customer Service (Up To $2800 / Boon Lay)

Job Title: Customer Service (ID4809) Location: Boon Lay (Penjuru) Working Hours: 5.5 days work: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5.30pm, Saturday : 8:00am – 12.30pm Salary: :$2500-$2800 Customer Service Key Responsibilities • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients on daily operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory matters. • Perform accurate data entry and transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). • Handle order processing: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, cancellations, etc. • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including preparation for stock takes and audits. • Prepare timely and accurate monthly reports and billing documents in coordination with the accounts team. • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email or phone. • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and security protocols. • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for audits and traceability. • Uphold housekeeping and 5S standards in the office area. • Support internal and external audits as required.
