Senior Account Executive (Up To $5000 / Gul Circle)

Job Title: Senior Account Executive (ID1747) Location: Gul Circle Working Hours: Monday- Friday : 9am to 6pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm. Sat (Once a month) 8.30am to 12.30pm Salary: Up to $5000 Job Responsibilities Finance & Accounting • Handle full set of accounts and monthly closing • Prepare management reports and cash flow reports • Assist in budgeting and forecasting • Review payments and monitor receivables • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers • Handle GST submissions and corporate tax matters • Support internal and external audits HR Support • Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate salary computation • Maintain employee records and HR documentation • Support onboarding and offboarding processes • Liaise with external vendors on HR-related matters (e.g. insurance, payroll) • Assist with basic HR administration and coordination duties
