Account Executive (Up To $3800 / 5 Days / Kaki Bukit)

Job Title: Account Executive (JT-1035) Location: Kaki Bukit Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm Basic Salary: up to $3800 Benefit: Performance bonus, medical and dental claims Job Description: • Handle Accounts Payable (AP): process invoices, payments, purchase orders, and supplier reconciliations. • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR): issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts. • Manage inventory, shipments, stock records, stock takes, GST, and supplier payments. • Prepare quarterly GST submissions and monthly bank reconciliations. • Support month-end and quarter-end closing, including journal entries and account reconciliations. • Maintain project cost records for costing, billing, and revenue tracking. •Assist with financial reports, audits, and accounting documentation. •Work with internal teams to improve finance processes and controls. •Arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, and visas. •Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
