5 days week. Kallang Area. Indoor Sales Coordinator . Engineering firm for manufacturing sector. Job Summary The Sales Coordinator ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales department. They handle internal logistics, manage vital client documentation, and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries when field representatives are unavailable. Core Responsibilities Order Processing : Reviewing, entering, and tracking incoming purchase orders via phone, email, or CRM system to ensure accurate pricing and configuration. Client Communication : Responding directly to customer inquiries regarding product details, account information, and potential delivery delays. Sales Team Logistics : Coordinating sales schedules, arranging client meetings or product demos, and maintaining territories. Interdepartmental Liaison : Collaborating with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to smoothly execute campaigns, clear invoices, and resolve shipping issues. Data Management : Organizing digital filing systems, entering customer data into CRM software, and generating weekly or monthly sales metrics reports. Collateral Inventory : Creating and updating sales tools like presentation decks, brochures, and pitch sheets to aid lead generation. Requirements & Qualifications Education : ITE or Dip Experience : Typically requires 1 year of administrative experience in a corporate sales, logistics, or customer service setting. Technical Skills : High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
