Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and coordinate engaging marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Manage and maintain the overall marketing calendar across multiple business entities, ensuring timely execution of all initiatives. Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Build and manage relationships with influencers, food bloggers, and content creators to increase brand visibility and reach. Develop strategic partnerships with brands, vendors, and community organisations to support marketing initiatives and business growth. Coordinate media relations and publicity opportunities to strengthen brand presence across various channels. Liaise with advertising agencies, creative partners, and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of marketing campaigns. Monitor, analyse, and optimise the performance of digital and offline advertising campaigns using key performance metrics. Track marketing budgets and provide recommendations to maximise marketing effectiveness.
