Job Scope: Lead and manage the Service & Operations Transformation team to drive strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency Plan, develop, and execute transformation programs to support patient activation and self-care initiatives Oversee end-to-end development of new and redeveloped polyclinics, including spatial design, service planning, workflow optimisation, and operationalisation Manage project components such as FFE procurement, manpower planning, IT systems, testing, and commissioning Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of transformation initiatives Drive process improvements, digital adoption, and workforce transformation to meet evolving healthcare demands Support national healthcare initiatives such as Healthier SG, Age Well SG, and Social Prescribing through operational and service enhancements Lead change management efforts and ensure effective communication across departments and workgroups Job Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Structural Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or equivalent Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in service/operations management, project management, or process improvement Experience in healthcare settings or transformation initiatives will be an advantage Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive organisational change Interested applicants, kindly furnish us with your detailed resume in MS Words format and click "Apply Now" button We regret to inform only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
