About this role
Overview Join a dynamic HR Shared Services team supporting end-to-end HR operations across a large healthcare organisation. This role provides administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR systems, employee enquiries, learning & development, benefits administration, contract management, and offboarding. You will gain valuable exposure across multiple HR functions within a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Manage HR-related enquiries from employees, managers, and stakeholders while ensuring timely resolution within service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain and update HR knowledge databases, FAQs, and employee self-service platforms. Coordinate HR administrative processes including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and HR system updates. Support learning & development, benefits administration, work pass management, and payments & claims processing. Liaise with vendors on background screening and respond to employment verification and reference check requests. Prepare employment-related documents, certificates, reports, and work trackers accurately. Support HR process reviews, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in HR projects, user acceptance testing (UAT), and process automation initiatives. Ensure compliance with HR policies, established processes, and data confidentiality requirements. Perform any other HR operational or administrative duties assigned by the reporting officer. Job Requirements Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 1 year of HR operational or administrative experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel. Able to manage high-volume administrative work while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Meticulous, proactive, and able to work under tight timelines. Adaptable to changing priorities and willing to support different HR functions as required.
