Job Summary Joe's Outlets Pte Ltd seeks a motivated Retail Assistant Manager to support daily store operations and lead the sales team to achieve targets while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store management. Responsibilities Support the Retail Manager by coordinating daily store operations to maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency Lead and motivate the retail team by setting clear sales targets and monitoring progress to drive team performance Deliver excellent customer service by resolving enquiries and issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction Manage staff scheduling and daily manpower allocation to optimize store coverage and productivity Train and coach retail staff to improve skills and knowledge for better sales and service outcomes Ensure the store is well presented and fully stocked by overseeing visual merchandising and stock levels Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards and safety Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care products, providing relevant industry knowledge and customer insights Other Information Benefits Salary: SGD 4,000 - SGD 5,000 per month Performance bonus Staff discount Medical benefits Career growth opportunities Working Conditions Able to work weekends and public holidays
