Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Commercial Director, Haematology, BCM to join our Innovative Medicine Commercial team in APAC. This role will: Shape the Strategy for the Haematology portfolio, with a specific focus on Health Decision Makers, KOLs, and Health Care Providers to support the use of J&J IM products in the treatment of Multiple Myeloma within the Asia Pacific Region. Lead, support and develop accelerated growth strategies by driving stronger strategy alignment, deeper market insights, closer collaboration at region & global levels as well as strong engagement across Commercial, Market Access, Medical Affairs and R&D. Ensure development of future assets to be fit for purpose for Asia Pacific region by influencing GCSO and R&D colleagues ensuring earliest possible timing for commercialization Be responsible for the execution of both long and short term strategic business plans Be an effective and impactful conduit between Global and Local teams. Responsible for coaching & developing commercial capabilities of individuals who are technically able and who consistently execute the strategies of the business plan to deliver positive business results. Identify and coordinate resources, monitor operating expenses, and maintain key relationships essential to achieving growth and profitability targets, regardless of market conditions.
