Marketing Strategist (Part Time/Flexible Arrangement/City Hall)

Johwa Hair & Living is looking for a creative and proactive Part-Time Marketing Strategist to help grow our brand presence and attract new customers through engaging content and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a monthly content strategy for Johwa's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) Plan, create, edit and publish engaging photo and video content that aligns with the brand Source and coordinate for influencer campaigns Source and coordinate hair model sessions Work closely with the Marketing Lead/Overall Strategist to execute marketing campaigns and achieve business objectives Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach Stay updated on social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas relevant to the beauty and wellness industry Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns, promotions and brand collaborations Coordinate with salon staff and stylists to organise content shoots and ensure smooth execution Build relationships with micro-influencers, content creators and local communities for marketing opportunities Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels Support the creation of marketing materials such as posters, promotional graphics and email campaigns when required We're Looking For Someone Who Has experience in social media marketing or digital marketing Is creative with strong content planning and storytelling skills Is familiar with Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends Has basic photography/videography and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc. is a bonus) Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects independently
