Technical Engineer

Job Description: - Perform after-sales field support for installation, calibration, and repair of measuring instruments - Perform troubleshooting skills independently in-house or on-site to resolve customer issues - Conduct customer training for new installations on basic hardware operation and software application - Perform field support overseas where required Job Requirements: - Preferably NITEC/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related fields - Preferably with 1-2 years’ relevant experience. Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Preferably with a Class 3 driving license - The engineer need not to own a vehicle as company vehicle will be provided for work purposes - A good team player with strong interpersonal skills - Understanding basic metrology or ISO 17025 knowledge would be preferred Compensation: - Work location: Central, Singapore - Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm - Monthly allowance (reimbursable basis) - AWS - Bonus (subject to company's performance) - Opportunities for personal/career development - Competitive medical coverage and genuine work-life balance
