Sales Representative / Sales Engineer

Job Description: - Develop and execute action plans to achieve Small Tools (ST) sales and order targets - Perform result analysis for authorized distributors and conduct regular business reviews to track progress and adjust strategies as required - Provide support to tasks related to sales administration, including order processing to ensure seamless business operations - Act as subject matter expert for the ST product range and supporting the main team in product demonstration and needs assessment - Proactively promote and expand the ST calibration business as a value-added service - Plan and implement promotional campaigns and evaluate its effectiveness through regular monitoring and follow-up - Provide technical training and sales support to authorized distributors for effective promotion of products - Stay up to date on market trends and activities from related industries - Contribute to the generation of potential sales opportunities by actively identifying them during customer interactions - Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company Job Requirements: - Preferably NITEC/Diploma in Metrology or Engineering related fields - Strong/reasonable understanding of small tools and general metrology principles (standards; drawings) - Having B2B sales experience - Plus point: Dealer/distributor management - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - A professional that has a drive for results and the ability to manage relationships effectively - A good team player with strong interpersonal skills - Good to have: valid class 3 driving license Compensation: - Work location: Central, Singapore - Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm - Monthly allowance (reimbursable basis) - AWS - Bonus (subject to company's performance) - Opportunities for personal/career development - Competitive medical coverage and genuine work-life balance
