Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, product requests, and fit-gap analyses. Stakeholder Management: Clearly articulate project scope, deliverables, and outcomes; drive market engagement and lead kickoff workshops for digital initiatives. Documentation & Training: Create and maintain implementation documentation. Develop training materials and deliver regular or ad-hoc workshops to boost system adoption. Adoption Support: Actively assist digital customer engagement teams in maximizing their use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 5–10 years of proven BA experience across various IT delivery projects, specifically within Digital Marketing and Salesforce products . Technical Expertise: Hands-on user-level experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) ; SFMC Certification is highly preferred. Methodology: Strong proficiency in Agile delivery environments. Communication: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
