Quantity Surveyor Cum BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee day-to-day construction management of projects and provide timely updates to management Manage project team, site supervisors, workers, materials and equipment effectively and efficiently Procuring and allocating resources to ensure no shortages while avoiding any unnecessary delays Monitor and supervise entire project team to ensure compliance of work and to ensure works are delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with quality standards Establish strong working relationship with all stakeholders including staff, workers, contractors, suppliers, clients etc. to ensure smooth operations of projects Manage manpower costs, project costs and expenses to ensure optimal cost benefit Attend and/or chair meetings with clients, architects, engineers and workers Identify possible risks to projects and stakeholders, create contingency plans to mitigate risks, and respond quickly to work delays, emergencies and other problems Oversee all inspection activities including quality and workplace safety safety and health checks Prepare progress reports for each project Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes and drawings are properly documented Manage site document filing and record keeping in accordance with International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management Requirements & Qualifications: Minimum Diploma holder in Civil Engineering/Building or equivalent Singaporean/PR preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant industry Proficient in reading and understanding CAD (2D & 3D) and Revit BIM drawings Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills demonstrate high levels of integrity, professionalism and technical competency Highly knowledgeable in project processes and procedures, building regulations, and health and safety legislation Good written and spoken English Able to commit 6 days per week Required to work in construction sites and factory Candidates with Class 3 driving license and own vehicles preferred. *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
