Quantity Surveyor

Our Client: Interior Fit-out Contractor (Construction) 5 days work East Region (10 min walk from MRT) UP $4,500 + AWS + transport allowance Job Responsibilities: Prepare tender submissions, quotations, and detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, including quantity take-offs based on drawings and specifications. Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, while managing project budgets, variation orders, final accounts, subcontractor claims, and progress claims. Conduct site measurements, verify completed works, and maintain accurate project cost records and documentation. Assist in contract administration and project cost control, while participating in site meetings and project discussions as required. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects. Able to interpret construction and interior design drawings, with knowledge of interior fit-out materials and construction processes; and familiarity with AutoCAD will be an advantage. Possess good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
