The SICC is a court of first instance which hears claims that are international and commercial in nature. The SICC Registry is responsible for the management and disposal of cases in the SICC and appeals from the SICC. What you will be working on You will be involved in the following: • Work closely with Singapore and International Judges as well as Judicial Officers in matters affecting cases before the SICC and on appeals from the SICC; • Manage cases filed in or transferred from the GDHC to the SICC through analysing, reviewing, monitoring and processing documents in accordance with the applicable legislation, rules, practice directions, standard operating proced…
