Responsibilities Plan and execute comprehensive, integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels to drive enrolment growth for our different brands Monitor campaign performance prepare insightful reports, and recommend data-driven, tactical adjustments to maximize digital marketing ROI. Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to our premium brand standards. Support brand positioning by crafting engaging, high-quality visual and written content for social media channels, parent newsletters, and promotional materials. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring our distinct voice, tone, and visual identity. Contribute creative ideas for storytelling, multimedia assets, and interactive customer engagement strategies that capture the vibrant energy of our classrooms. Gather customer insights to help shape parent-partner engagement strategies and overall programme positioning. Maintain marketing databases, campaign calendars, and live performance dashboards to ensure operational excellence. Provide high-level support to the Marketing Manager in strategic planning, community building, and team coordination. Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field. At least 4 to 5 years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of growing sales or enrolments in the education, enrichment, or premium lifestyle sectors. Exceptional command of spoken and written English, with an articulate, premium storytelling style that resonates deeply with parents. Hands-on mastery of content creation tools, mobile/DSLR production hardware, lighting, audio setups, and editing software like CapCut, PremierePro, or Photoshop. Deep tactical understanding of paid social media advertising platforms (including Meta Business Suite and Google Ads), audience segmentation, algorithm behaviour, SEO tools, and digital consumer journeys. Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, measure campaign effectiveness, and translate metrics into actionable improvements. Genuine interest in child development, speech and drama, literacy, and community building, with an innate alignment to our EduDrama® philosophy. Highly resourceful, self-driven, and organized, with the confidence to own campaigns from initial concept to commercial success while managing multiple projects and tight deadline
