Site Manager

Summary Julian Grey’s client is an established company in the construction sector. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily site production activities, including rig movement, manpower allocation, and material arrangements. Support the Project Manager in managing site resources, including overtime, additional manpower, and equipment requirements. Monitor QA/QC matters and highlight non-conformance issues to the relevant site team. Ensure equipment is maintained in good working condition through regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely response to breakdowns. Oversee site safety requirements, working platform safety, and implementation of HSEQ program and initiatives. Lead, coach, and develop site team members while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of site management experience in soil improvement or specialist civil construction works.
