M&E Project Engineer

Company Profile Julian Grey’s client is an established construction company providing integrated building and project delivery solutions in Singapore. Responsibilities Coordinate mechanical and electrical works with consultants, subcontractors and site teams. Monitor M&E activities on site and address coordination or installation-related matters. Guide site supervisors and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule, quality requirements and safety standards. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly. Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and executing M&E construction activities. Prepare method statements, progress reports and other project documentation required by consultants and project owners. Participate in meetings with consultants, project owners and other stakeholders. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Engineering, M&E Coordination or a related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant experience handling M&E projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an advantage.
