Finance Manager Job Description Overall responsible for Singapore Accounts Division. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Financial Reporting / Annual Report in accordance with accounting standards Manages Cash flow and treasury function Oversee preparation of year end schedules for audit and tax purposes Liaise with auditors, tax agent, secretarial agent and government agencies to ensure all requirements are complied with Set and achieve financial goals, budgets and cost effectiveness, interpret financial reports, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
