Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor Job Description Service To ensure guest needs/expectations are met or exceeded by providing efficient and professional service To lead by example, by demonstrating exemplary professionalism To resolve any potential service failure issues To liaise with the Kitchen to ensure a consistently good standard of food quality, efficient profitability and creative presentation To perform duties in the best interests of the Company, ensuring that the corporate Vision, Mission statement and Values are upheld Management To maintain high standards in Customer Service through direct supervision To ensure that all SOPs are adhered to and carried out in detail To recommend improvements to the Manager or Management where appropriate To conduct roll calls after reading the Daily Log Book or after given instructions by his/her superior To attend to guests’ needs and complaints promptly and politely To ensure that the restaurant is adequately staffed during shift and to notify AM/M of any shortages To ensure that all requisitions for the week are duly delivered and stored in the appropriate store To attend meetings and briefings especially in the absence of his superior To participate in stock taking of store, linen and operating equipment as directed by his/her superior To effectively plan Weekly Roster according to Outlet Reservations Job Requirements To effectively plan Weekly Roster according to Outlet Reservations Possess ability to speak and write simple English and Mandarin Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills; able to build lasting relationships with guests Possess Basic competence in IT skills Possess good initiative and leadership skills Working Location Restaurant Outlets Salary Negotiable
