Shop Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Beautician Manager to manage daily beauty and wellness service operations. The Beautician Manager will be responsible for supervising beauticians, managing customer service, maintaining service quality, ensuring hygiene standards, and supporting the overall operation of the outlet. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily beauty salon and wellness service operations. • Supervise beauticians and ensure all staff follow company service standards. • Provide facial, skincare, beauty care and body care services when required. • Assess customers’ beauty and skincare needs and recommend suitable treatments. • Ensure treatment rooms, tools, products and equipment are clean, safe and properly maintained. • Train and guide staff on service procedures, hygiene standards and customer handling. • Monitor staff attendance, work performance and service quality. • Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional manner. • Promote suitable beauty, wellness and care packages according to customers’ needs. • Maintain accurate customer records, treatment records and daily operation reports. • Assist with stock checking, product control and outlet administrative duties. • Support management in improving service quality, sales performance and customer satisfaction. Requirements: • Relevant experience in beauty, facial, skincare, body care or wellness services is preferred. • Prior supervisory or management experience is an advantage. • Good customer service, communication and leadership skills. • Able to guide and manage a team professionally. • Good personal hygiene and professional appearance. • Responsible, patient, hardworking and willing to learn. • Able to work on weekends, public holidays and retail working hours. • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
