QA/QC Engineer (Civil & Structural /Security Systems / ELV) - For Singapore and Malaysia We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA/QC Engineer (Civil & Structural / Security Systems / ELV) to ensure all construction, engineering and systems installation works are executed in accordance with project specifications,applicable standards, client requirements and Jupiter Protection's Quality Management System. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan. Ensure all Civil & Structural, Security Systems and ELV works comply with contract specifications, approved drawings, method statements and relevant codes and standards. Conduct routine site inspections and quality surveillance of ongoing works. Prepare and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and quality records. Review shop drawings, material submittals, technical submissions and method statements prior to construction. Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, main contractors and regulatory authorities. Monitor workmanship and installation quality of subcontractors and suppliers. Identify quality issues and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Witness testing, commissioning and integrated system testing to verify compliance with project requirements. Review and verify as-built drawings, test reports, commissioning records and Operation & Maintenance Manuals. Participate in project handover, final inspections and defect rectification activities. Support ISO 9001 Quality Management System implementation, internal audits and continual improvement initiatives. Adopt and comply with the ISO 14001 and 45001 certifications. Work closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Safety Officers and clients to achieve quality objectives. Scope of Works The successful candidate will be involved in projects comprising: Civil & Structural Works Reinforced Concrete Works Structural Steel Works Architectural Finishes Physical Security Barriers Blast Mitigation Structures Bullet Resistant Installations Protective Building Works Security Systems IP CCTV Surveillance Systems Access Control Systems Intrusion Detection Systems Perimeter Protection Systems Public Address & Voice Alarm Systems Security Management Systems (PSIM) AI Video Analytics ELV & Fire Protection Systems Structured Cabling Fibre Optic Infrastructure Fire Alarm Systems Fire Protection Systems VESDA Detection Systems Emergency Communication Systems Network Infrastructure Integrated Building Security Systems Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related Engineering discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant QA/QC experience in Civil & Structural, Security Systems, ELV or M&E projects. Experience in Data Centre, Government, Industrial or Critical Infrastructure projects is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of construction quality control procedures and engineering standards. Ability to interpret construction drawings, engineering specifications and technical documentation. Experience in preparing and reviewing ITPs, Method Statements, Inspection Requests and QA/QC documentation. Familiar with Testing & Commissioning procedures for Security Systems and ELV installations. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Familiarity with Malaysian Standards (MS), CIDB requirements, British Standards (BS), IEC, NFPA and relevant international standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office application and AutoCAD. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Candidates with the following will have an added advantage: CIDB Card. ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification. Experience with hyper-scale Data Centre projects. Experience with Security Systems Integration projects. Knowledge of Fire Protection Systems and Testing & Commissioning. Familiarity with quality management on Design & Build projects.
