Risk Management Executive

About the Role: This role will support the implementationof enterprise risk management and compliance initiatives across variousbusiness functions. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify,assess, and manage risks, strengthen internal controls, and support compliancemonitoring activities. Responsibilities: Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Company's risk management framework. Coordinate and conduct risk assessments with business units/project teams to identify and manage key risks. Monitor risk mitigation actions and follow up with stakeholders on identified risks. Assist in reviewing and strengthening internal controls, policies, and business processes. Support compliance monitoring activities to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in internal and external audit activities, including documentation preparation and follow-up on audit findings. Prepare risk, compliance, and management reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. Maintain records of risk assessments, compliance activities, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement. Any other duties to be assigned from time to time Pre-requisites: Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related discipline. 2–5 years of experience in riskmanagement, compliance, governance, internal controls, audit, or other relevantbusiness functions. Strong analytical, problem-solving,and organisational skills. Good written and verbalcommunication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across differentfunctions. Detail-oriented and able to managemultiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, adaptable, and able towork both independently and as part of a team. Experience in risk management, compliance, internal controls, or audit will be advantageous
