At least 1–2 years of experience in Financial Advisory, Bancassurance, Wealth Management, or Insurance Sales. Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative selling skills. Customer-focused with a passion for building long-term relationships. Self-motivated and driven to achieve results. Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Possess valid CMFAS certifications: RES 5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A and HI.
