International Marketing Director Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven International Marketing Director to lead the global marketing strategy for our international events promoting European residency and investment migration solutions. The successful candidate will develop and execute regional marketing campaigns targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, and strategic referral partners across Asia. This role requires strong expertise in international marketing, cross-border business development, event marketing, digital lead generation, and partnership management. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for European residency and relocation programmes. Plan and manage international seminars, conferences, roadshows, webinars, and networking events across Asia. Lead digital marketing initiatives including LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation. Build strategic partnerships with private banks, wealth management firms, family offices, law firms, accounting firms, real estate agencies, and business associations. Develop multilingual marketing materials tailored for different Asian markets. Conduct market research on investment migration trends, cross-border wealth planning, and international mobility. Manage external marketing agencies, media partners, and event vendors. Establish KPIs and analyse campaign performance to optimise marketing ROI. Ensure all marketing communications comply with applicable regulations and accurately represent residency and migration programmes. Work closely with senior management and international partners to develop new market opportunities. Manage the annual marketing budget and oversee campaign execution. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Business, or related discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in international marketing, business development, immigration services, or professional services. Proven experience in organising international conferences, investment seminars, or high-end client events. Strong understanding of Asian markets, particularly Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand. Experience marketing to HNWIs, entrepreneurs, investors, or corporate executives is highly preferred. Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, CRM, and marketing automation. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English. Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred to engage Chinese-speaking clients and business partners. Willingness to travel internationally for business development and event management. Preferred Experience Investment migration or international relocation.
